TOS (Terms Of Service)

This section covers payment rules, usage rights, refund policies, revision limits, AI policy and what I will or won’t draw. This protects both me and you as a client and prevents misunderstandings.

COMMISSION PROCESS1) Format selection & contact — Choose your desired format and reach out via email to get started.
2) Details & deposit — We discuss your project together, and a 30% upfront deposit is required upon agreement. This ensures commitment on both sides.
3) Sketch approval — I begin with a sketch for your review. Work on the final piece only starts once the sketch has been approved.
4) Final piece review — You receive the completed artwork with a watermark. Revision requests at this stage are subject to additional fees (see pricing details). If you're satisfied, you proceed with the remaining payment.
5) Final delivery — Upon receipt of the full payment, I send you a high-resolution PNG/JPEG of the final artwork, watermark-free.

Payment - Bank transfer only. Payments are accepted in USD and EUR.
Revisions - One free revision is included at the sketch phase. Any revision requested on the final piece will be billed at €15/hour of additional work.
Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use - It is strictly forbidden to copy, trace, or use AI in any form on my work. This includes modifying the artwork using AI tools, feeding it into AI models, or using it to replicate an artistic style. Any violation of this policy may result in legal action.
Artist's Rights - Clients are purchasing a service, not the copyright. I retain full commercial ownership of every artwork I produce and reserve the right to publish it online. Should you wish to acquire the commercial rights to a piece, this can be arranged for an additional fee, to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Timeframe - Commissions are delivered within one week to one month following the initial deposit. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

What I Draw: Pokémon fan art, portraits and character illustrations in my style, anime/manga artwork, digital paintings and illustrations, mechas, and more.
What I Don't Draw: Explicit NSFW content, political or radical imagery, heavy gore, or anything illegal. I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
Watermark & Signature: Removing my watermark or signature from a commissioned piece is considered theft of artwork and will be treated as such. Legal sanctions may apply.
